My path to becoming a plastic surgeon started as a child growing up as one of two sons that frequently accompanied my father to hospitals on weekends to round on patients.
I knew from an early age that I would one day become a physician. After finishing medical school I completed my General Surgery Residency training in various hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working alongside some of the leading cancer surgeons in the country. Despite caring for a full range of patients in every capacity from Trauma to Intensive Care to outpatient surgeries, it was always the cases with the Plastic Surgeons I trained with that got me the most excited.

Pearce Plastic Surgery is a specialist medical service in New York State dedicated to delivering patient-focused surgical care with a strong foundation in rigorous training. Inspired from an early age by experiences accompanying his father on hospital rounds, the surgeon’s path began with a clear goal to become a physician. After medical school, training included a General Surgery Residency across hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, with experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he worked alongside leading cancer surgeons. Throughout residency, care spanned a wide range of settings and complexity, from trauma and intensive care to outpatient surgeries, while the cases involving plastic surgery training were especially motivating.
